Full time & Part Time Front of House Staff
We are looking for front of house team members for our established family-run restaurant. The preferred candidate will be quick on their feet & attentive to the needs of their customers. Training is an ongoing provision for all our staff but previous experience in the following areas is handy and highly valued:
Minimum age 16–17-year-olds for service without handling alcohol. 18+ required to serve alcoholic drinks.* At least 2 years & experience in a similar busy environment. Transferable skills from other industries will be considered.
Knowledge of food and wine, with particular attention to health & safety e.g., hygiene in food environments, allergy awareness etc.
Excellent customer care skills.
Willingness to train on appropriate IT systems for tills and bookings operations,
Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work a rota schedule with emphasis on service hours; evenings and weekends essential.
